Bishop Joe Forbush was founder and pastor of Pentecostals of Richmond in Virginia from 1988 to 2023. His son, Jason, is now Pastor and Joe is Bishop of PORVA. He mentors pastors around the world that are hungry for Apostolic revival. His love for souls is deep and far reaching.
Jo Forbush is Bishop Joe Forbush’s wife. She’s worked hand and hand with him since 1988 to share this gospel to their community and around the world. She helps to administrate sending Bible studies and funds to those in need.They whole-heartedly serve together to share this Apostolic message.

Jackie Britt | Global Power Director
Jackie Britt started connecting with pastors online many years ago through her burden to see souls saved. She has reached out to countless to help promote revival in their community according to the Acts church. Jackie is a major part of this ministry and works daily to spread the gospel around the world.
She works to oversee each aspect of the Power 12 structure reaching into new territories and stretching our tents for global ground of winning pastors to Apostolic truth! She directs each part of the Vision under the supervision of Bishop and Sister Forbush!

Jacqueline Armstead | P12 Global Coordinator
Jacqueline Armstead will be working to assist in implementing all aspects of the P12 structure that will help us win and retain the newly converted pastors God is sending us. She will be making sure the flow process is in place and that no one is left behind! Jackie has been a part of the leadership team at PORVA for many years and her ability to coordinate and assist is just what POWER needs to implement the structuring of winning pastors around the globe.

Kellie has powerful faith and a vibrant walk with God. Kellie has walked down treacherous roads in her lifetime and empathizes with other's needs. Her love and burden for souls is valuable to God's Kingdom.
She takes prayer seriously and we know assuredly that all needs that come through Power Global Ministries will be taken to heart. She is coordinating a team of intercessors in the Richmond area that have a deep passion for souls around the world. We love what God is doing through this ministry, and we know we will see many more miracles, signs and wonders in the future.

Hope Jones | Administration
Hope Jones has been under Bishop & Sis Forbush's leadership for 34 years and has been working for them for 25 years, she has been a faithful Secretary in many areas of their ministry. She is responsible for collecting information on the revival in Africa and other countries through POWER Global Ministries. She works to get all names and addresses of those won to Apostolic truth through the pastors around the world. She provides the stats, graphs and numbers shared on this website.
Alberta Marx | Director of Economic Development
Alberta has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector and will oversee Power Ventures Group. She was raised in a poor rural area and left home after high school with nothing. Recognizing the poverty cycle that had crippled many that she loved for generations, she determined to change the destiny. She would work two or three jobs at a time, and put herself through college, earning an accounting degree, while raising two children.
Alberta was raised Baptist but came into Apostolic Truth over 20 years ago. She is Spirit filled and with the gifts of the Spirit operating through her; she has served in various capacities in ministry under the leadership of Bishop and Sister Forbush at PORVA.
Alberta has a passion for teaching people to see things in new ways and move into a victorious mindset; leading them with Scripture, overcoming problems, depending on God, and developing plans for using whatever God has given someone to become self-supporting and then teach others to do the same. She believes that everyone is created by God for a purpose and will work with anyone who is willing to develop theirs.
Wykinnya Whitehurst assists Sis Alberta with different tasks.

Shameka Holman oversees Power Global Kids. Her burden and mission-oriented initiatives supports her efforts to help instill the Word of God in the hearts of our children around the world. She takes a proactive approach to encourage kids on their spiritual journeys and creates opportunities for growth and understanding.
Garland Foreman | Correspondence Bible School Coordinator
Garland Foreman has dedicated over fifty years of his life to Christian ministry. A Bible College graduate and former pastor, he is deeply passionate about Christian education. With 25 years of experience, he has consistently brought academic excellence, grounded in Grace and Truth, to the classroom. Garland has served as a middle school and high school teacher, college instructor, and school administrator, striving to create a safe and nurturing environment for God’s beloved students.
He will be assisting with pastors around the globe that are taking the Apostolic Bible Schooling through correspondence.
