Bishop Joe Forbush was the founder and pastor of Pentecostals of Richmond in Virginia (PORVA) from 1988 to 2023. Today, his son, Jason, serves as Pastor, while Bishop continues his vital ministry as Bishop, driven by a deep and far-reaching love for souls. Working hand-in-hand since 1988, Bishop and Sister Forbush whole-heartedly serve together to share the Apostolic message with their local community and the world.

Jackie started connecting with pastors online many years ago, driven by a deep burden to see souls saved. A cornerstone of this ministry, she works tirelessly every day to spread the gospel and promote revival globally according to the pattern of the Acts church.

Jacqueline brings years of proven leadership experience from her time on the leadership team at PORVA. Her exceptional ability to coordinate, streamline, and assist is exactly what Power Global Ministries needs to effectively structure the winning of pastors around the globe.

- P12 Structure Implementation: Assisting with the execution of all aspects of the P12 structure to successfully win and retain newly converted pastors.
- Process Flow Management: Establishing and overseeing the ministry's flow processes to guarantee that every incoming pastor is fully supported and that no one is left behind.

The PGM Liaisons consist of three dedicated individuals: Jacqueline Armstead, Hope Jones, and Nathalie Tomety. Together, they provide vital support and guidance to Bishop’s elected 12, who carry the vision directly to the PGM pastors placed within their lineage.

Hope Jones | Data Administrator
With 35 years under the leadership of Bishop and Sis. Forbush—including 27 years of staff service—Hope serves as a faithful secretary and administrator, her primary responsibilities include:
- Global Data Collection: Gathering critical revival updates, testimonies, and metrics from Africa and around the world.
- Apostolic Growth Tracking: Managing the names, addresses, and records of individuals won to Apostolic truth through our global network of pastors.
- Visual Reporting: Compiling and generating the essential stats, graphs, and figures displayed throughout this website to highlight what God is doing globally.

Alberta Marx | Director of Economic Development
Alberta brings over 20 years of experience in the financial sector to her role overseeing Power Business Ventures. Raised in a poor rural area, she left home after high school with nothing but a determination to break the generational cycle of poverty. Working two to three jobs at a time, she put herself through college to earn an accounting degree—all while raising two children.
Though raised Baptist, Alberta embraced Apostolic Truth over 20 years ago. She is Spirit-filled, walks in the operation of spiritual gifts, and has faithfully served in various ministry capacities under the leadership of Bishop and Sister Forbush at PORVA.
Her Passion & Ministry Focus:

- Purpose-Driven Growth: Believing firmly that everyone is created by God for a specific purpose, she is dedicated to partnering with anyone ready to develop theirs.

Garland has dedicated over fifty years of his life to Christian ministry. A Bible College graduate and former pastor, he is deeply passionate about Christian education and consistently brings academic excellence, grounded in Grace and Truth, to his ministry.
With 25 years of diverse educational experience—including serving as a middle and high school teacher, college instructor, and school administrator—Garland strives to create a safe, nurturing environment for student growth.
